Dr. Dong-Hyuk Ahn (1906-2004) (fIG. 2) who was chemical engineer and planned to construct cement plant, fertilizers plant and steel mill when he was minister of Commerce and Industry between October 1953 to June 1954.
Dr. Dong-Hyuk Ahn was born in Sangwangsip-ri, Seoul in 1906.
He served as 3rd, 6th, 9th and 10th president of KCS.
