Dr. Kil Young Choi was a director of Reliability Assessment Center for Chemical Materials, KRICT. He served as a president of the Polymer Society of Korea in 2010.

He graduated  Department of Applied Chemistry, Seoul National University in 1975 and received his Ph. D. degree from KAIST in 1983.
